I ordered two Banff ski cards online. A few days later Virginnia Lajeunesse emailed me saying they cannot ship the card, they should not have been sold online, come pick them up. Why not offer a refund? Not my error! I do not live close (a 45 minute drive one way) and could only pick up the cards on Saturday when the line-up was all the way down the sidewalk. I always thought Sundance cared about customer service, but I guess that's only until you make a mistake. Your mistake cost me about 3 hours of my Saturday, plus the cost of gas. I get that mistakes happen but it would have been nice to have been offered some kind of token gesture of goodwill instead of being laughed at when I asked.
Great boot and super comfortable but fairly stiff.
