• Greet all customers, ask questions and help them to find gear that will
  achieve their ski/snowboard dreams.
• Help with other aspects of our operation, such as:
  o Answering phones
  o Completing service work orders
  o Helping customers with rental equipment
  o Stock processes
  o Cleaning, and organizing the store to optimized sales of our
  products
  o Occasionally, some other fun stuff

• Prepare and receive all inter-store transfers.
• Process outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling products
  website orders.
• Tag and label incoming products accurately, following barcode and label
  placement standards.
• Maintain accurate floor stock levels by using sell-through reports, working
  with all staff to have re-stock process operate efficiently.
• Organize and manage storage areas to maximize inventory efficiency.
