Kuma Bear Den 5 Tent

Kuma's tents are atrocious. I paid extra for the aluminum poles with my Bear Den 5, but found they were so flexible the tent would barely stay standing when you started to synch the fly down. The fly and inner are made of some of the worst materials you can find, and are absolutely not water proof. Couple that with the sagging from the terrible poles and you'll end up with pools of water on your fly draining straight into the tent. Zippers are the cheapest they could possible find. I bought the tent knowing it wasn't likely to be anything great, but threw it in the garbage after a couple trips because it was that bad. I spent an extra $50 on a Big Agnes that is one hundred times better for quality. Get something from Big Agnes. MSR, Durston, or hell Coleman than this piece of junk.
