FUBUKI™ was conceived in Niseko, Japan and founded by Swedish skiers Kalle Norman and Christofer Ljunggren. Inspired by the lightweight, waterproof boots worn daily by locals and lifties in Hokkaido, FUBUKI was built on two simple beliefs: winter boots should be durable, warm, and waterproof — but never boring or heavy. The name FUBUKI translates to snowstorm, a nod to the deep-winter conditions the boots were designed to thrive in.

Today, FUBUKI remains founder-owned and rooted in global mountain culture. The Niseko boot lineup offers lightweight, insulated, waterproof winter boots for adults and kids, ideal for ski towns, travel, cold commutes, and everyday winter living.
